San Ignacio
Mission Nuestra Señor San Ignacio Kadakaaman
The walls are more than a meter thick and made of local volcanic stone, beams of lumber from the high Sierra and six-meter high carved doors from mainland Mexico.  Decorative stonework frames the windows and doors.  The church was restored in 1976 and the community holds worship services inside.

The altar piece is made of carved wood and covered with gold leaf.
