Mercado de Mariscos, Ensenada
hosts a number of stalls full of shrimp, tuna, mussels, abalone and gooey duck.
Locals may refer to it as Mercado Negro, black market, as it used to be called (from the
fact that it was very dirty and selling illicit goods)
We bought some smoked marlin and a red snapper.

BUENOIS DIAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Sorry I haven't updated for awhile. Its hard to schedule between sun, kayak and cerveza.
Jon has been fishing and catching. Lately he has been taking the kayak out in the bay and catching bass.
We had a quiet New Years Eve. A neighbor was going to have a party with music but the weather didn't cooperate so we stayed home and played farkle and had champagne.
A boating friend and her mother stopped for a couple days and we took a drive to Bahia Santa Ines a beautiful beach they call shell beach. The shells are incredible !! Yep got more to bring home. We will be going back there to camp with the tent in the near future.
